Skilled Shopfitting Maintenance Contracts
Project Examples:
Skilled Shopfitting
We
have a specialist team of shopfitters who have experience in working in
fashion stores, retail outlets, restaurants, offices and entertainment
premises. Since our establishment in 1987, we have built a
reputation as experts in our field, consistently delivering high
quality new and refurbished premises from initial concept through to
completion.
Alongside our shopfitting team, we also have a team
of NIC registered electricians, Corgi registered plumbers and highly
skilled decorators.
We also house a small works division
offering new and existing clients services such as maintenance,
refurbishment, decorating, etc.
From entire shopfits to specific
area refreshment, we complete our projects on time, on budget and with
as little disruption to the day to day working of that company as
possible. Our professional tradesmen ensure that their work is as
unintrusive as possible and ensure the safety of our clients employees
and customers at all times. We offer an out of hours service or are
able to complete projects whilst the business remains operational.
Maintenance Contracts
Many
of our regular customers find that by having an annual maintenance
schedule contract they can reduce their expenditure on building repairs
by means of prevention rather than cure. We can offer a variety of
maintenance schedules to suit our customers individual needs. From
regular gutter clearance and roof inspections to a full building
survey, we can provide the service that you need to ensure that your
property is kept in the best condition that it can be. Projects Examples - Commercial
Travel Agency (Head Office), Bournemouth in Dorset
We
undertake the maintenance and building work for the largest independant
travel agency in the South of England. From general shopfitting to
substantial building projects, we have completed all our contracts to
our customer’s complete satisfaction.
An additional floor was
required in the Head Office to house 45 staff and their computers. As
this site is in a large bustling town the only option was to build an
extension on the flat roof area. This was a very comprehensive and
intricate project that had to be undertaken with the consideration of
the neighbours and Party Wall Acts whilst also working within the
confinds of the existing old building. Wine Warehouse
We
undertake a considerable amount of work for a large firm of wine
retailers who have many branches nationwide. Projects that we undertake
for them range from entire new shop fitouts to replacement display
stands and lighting. All contracts that we take on for the existing
stores are either done out of hours or hoardings are erected to conceal
the work and minimise disruption. University, Bournemouth in Dorset
A
project that we completed for a catering company running within the
University consisted of altering an existing building to accommodate
the needs of the company and providing a large kitchen area, serving
counters, signage and a restaurant. There was a short deadline for
completion of this work which was met and the catering company was able
to open for business successfully.
A hard working couple asked
us to knock down a small bungalow they had purchased and build a larger
home in which they could entertain and work from. With these needs in
mind we engaged the services of our architect to design a home with
these specific areas in place. By listening and working with the
customer we could achieve the home that they wanted. The build went
smoothly with us project managing the entire contract and communicating
effectively with all the necessary authorities. By keeping the customer
informed of the progress at each stage they were able to approve the
work and make final decisions on the finish without the need for
extending the deadline. They were extremely pleased with the results
achieved. |
